About us

Small team.
Long memory.

We keep our teams small on purpose, so nobody has to explain themselves twice.

Our story

Started in Castleford, built on turning up

We support people whose needs don’t fit a standard care package — learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, and behaviour that services often call “challenging”.

We work from Castleford and Swansea. The model stays the same as we grow: recruit to the person, train before the first shift, keep the team small.

We are a young organisation, and would rather say so than oversell.

What we believe

Four principles that decide how we work

Ask, don’t assume

The person decides how their day runs.

Same faces

Consistency is the intervention, not a bonus.

Out, not in

Support should widen a life, not shrink it.

Say it straight

If we can’t staff it, we say so.

Our promise

Four things we will never do

Send a strangerExcept in a genuine emergency — and we tell you first.
Write a plan you can’t readNo plan gets written without the person in the room.
Take work we can’t staffAttractive hours are not a reason to accept a package.
Leave a concern hangingAnswered by the next working day, confirmed in writing.
